[Estimation of growth amount of the apple tree]

In order to plan the fruit production on the scientific basis, to estimate the growth characteristics and amount of apple tree and to apply the appropriate agricultural technique, we studied for estimation of growth amount of apple tree from 1980 to 1995. The formulas of growth estimation for growing shoot length and fruit width were made as power function type, and formula for increasing a fruit weight was made as exponential function type. Making estimation formula for increasing fruit width during the fruit harvesting, we established the basis that could get a fruit weight with a fruit weight during fruit growth according to estimation formula for a fruit weight and could estimate the fruit production according to the number of fruits per tree
