In the process of construction design the main connecting link between complex and versatile problems is a developer-designer. The quality of design depends on experience, knowledge, personal inclinations. This means that only a part of objective information is taken into consideration. At present more and more information becomes open to general use with the help of auxiliary information and artificial intelligence.
