In the report, the relationships between different genotypes, intragenic haplotypes and combinations of genotypes of six polymorphic sites within 4 milk protein genes and Type Production Index (TPI) and Predicted Transmitting Abilities (PTA) of Polish Black-and-White bulls is shown. The results confirm the occurrence quantitative trait loci (QTL) for milk performance traits, especially protein percent on chromosome 6 and the utility of milk protein genes (mostly casein haplotypes) as genetic markers
