Application of single or multiple - nutrient fertilizers caused considerable increase of the yield of all crops and the content of available P and K in soil. However significant differences in effectiveness of particular fertilizers on soil and plants were obtained. The yields were similar but the economical profitability was higher by use of multiple nutrient fertilizers. This indicates that the assortment and the amount of the multiple - nutrient fertilizers should be extended
