The research was aimed to analyze production and morphometric parameters of the species Fragaria vesca in natural and managed beech forest stands in the Kremnicke vrchy Mts in connection with the climatic factors during the years 1994-1995. The obtained results represent a view on the biomass dynamics, on the population size structure and on the phenology of the observed species. Analytical models that represent weight and length increments creation depending on the time have been designed based on a non-linear trend function. Determination coefficients of the given time series confirmed the fact that on the individual monitoring plots 80-93% amounts of the individual plants weight and length variability were due to the time variable. The results show that the number of individual plants in the managed beech stand increased in average 3.5 times compared with the non managed (control) plot. During the years under study the average weight as well as shoot length of individual plants were higher on the control monitoring plot. The remarkably highest primary production (13.02 g.m-2.y-1) has been found in the managed stand. Phenological observation confirmed full vitality of species (in relation to vegetative and generative cycle) on the plot with anthropic factor
