Production efficiency of the feed mixtures with Lactiferm L5 probiotics for broiler chickens

The goal of the experiment was the addition of probiotic preparation Lactiferm L5 verification in feed mixtures for broiler chickens on live weight, weight of variety meat, heart, liver, stomach and abdominal fat. The trial included chickens Ross-208 type, which were divided in to four trial groups (groups P1 - P4) and control group (group K), each included thirty heads. Chickens were fed by the loose feed mixtures HYD-01 (up to 21 days), HYD-02 (up to 35 days) and HYD-03 (up to the end of feeding), which were different in content of animal or plant proteins. The groups P1 and P2 contained 14.5 - 14.9% animal meals, in the groups P3 and P4 was the protein content assigned only from plant components. In the groups P2 and P4 was added 5 mg of probiotic preparation Lactiferm L5 (fi Biotika, Slovenska Lupca, Slovak Republic) in one kilogram of feed mixture. Weight of chickens was monitored in the one-week intervals, weight of variety meat and abdominal fat after killing. Differences in monitored parameters among individual groups at the end of the feeding were evaluated in MS-Excel 97. The highest average live weight (with difference 6.1% against control group) was in P4 group. In group P2 was the highest, in group P1 the lowest average weight of tripe (difference was 6.4%). The highest weight of the heart was in group P2, the lowest (23.8% lower) in group P4. The highest weight of the liver was in groups P2 and P4, the lowest (6% lower) in group P1. The highest weight of the stomach was in group P4, the lowest (5.8% lower) in group P1. Most of the abdominal fat was evaluated in group P2, The least in group P3. The significant differences were registered just in case of the heart weight and in amount of abdominal fat, therefore is possible assume that addition of Lactiferm L5 has no principal influence on our monitoring production signs
