A horilka (a Ukrainian vodka), containing ethyl alcohol, drinking water softened and sugar, is proposed. The drink is free of the sharp bitterness peculiar to drinks which strength exceeds 40 % by volume. The best scores of a degustation evaluation thereof carried out by the Central Degustation Committee of Ukraine are 9.2 and 9.5
