Survivaling of spermatozoa at using of different sperm diluents

The study was carried out with boars of the breed Danube White. It were obtained and estimated for volume, concentration of spermatozoa, motility, aglutination and dead spermatozoa 20 ejacilates immediately after collection. Each ejaculate was divided into 4 equal parts and dilueted with Bulgarian DZNB, Androstar, M-III boars and Belts Villae Thaw Solution (BTS). Surviving of spermatozoa was estimated according to persentage of motility 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours after collection. The results reported, that for long storage over 48 h diluents DZNB and Androstar ensure better conditions for surviving of spermatozoa v.s. M-III and BTS.
