[Chemical composition of fresh and fermented cruciferaere]

Chemical composition of winter and spring rape, winter colza, leaf mustard and oil radish and silage quality from these plants were studied. The highest yield of dry matter, protein and carotene was observed when these cruciferae had been cut at the stage of flower buds. Crude protein and DM content in fresh criciferae was 10,6-20,4% and 14,07-21,3%, respectively
