Английский. The importance of an efficient evacuation system has been the area that has seen the most amount of activities in terms of mechanisation and improved work methods. It is also the most labour-intensive aspect of estate operations. FFB has to be harvested regularly and sent to the mill in an efficient and timely manner. This is to maximise the oil content that is potentially available. This paper will attempt to look at the management control factors of an Integrated FFB Evacuation System
