An experiment to study the effect of harvest and fungicide spraying intervals to control the leaf spot disease and yield of Klausena (Clausena anisata Hook) was conducted in Laing Experiment Garden, Solok, West Sumatra, during the period of September 1993 to January 1995. The treatments were arranged in Randomized Block Design in factorial with 27 treatments and four replications. The first factor was the harvest intervals (3, 4 and 6 months), the second factor was the intervals of fungicide spray (2, 4 and 6 week) and the kinds of fungicide (propineb 70.5 percent and copper oxidation Cu 50 percent). The result showed that three months harvest were the best control of disease and high yield (leaf + young twig) than 4 and 6 months harvest interval with the disease intensity were, 9.30 percent, 12.88 percent and 15.60 percent with the yield were 677.88 g, 596.36 g and 596.07 g/tree in one year. The kind and fungicide spraying intervals were not significantly different for each treatment but significant from the control treatment
