[Effect of different soil tillage methods on soil properties and agrocenoses productivity]

The present paper sumarieses the data of field and laboratory trials conducted at the Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture's Vezaiciai Branch during the period of 1996-1999. To evaluate the effect of different soil tillage methods on the properties of soil arable layer and agrocenoses productivity every year (1996, 1997, 1998) the trial design involved the following tratments: 1) disc-harrowed; 2) ploughed; 3- Raundup + loosened with a stabble cultivator; 4) Raundup + loosened with a rototiler. The soil was moderately cultivated Orthidystric Albeluvisol on morain loam
