The apterous and alate forms (if known) of the parthenogenetic viviparous females of the following 12 aphid species of Paraschizaphis are described and keyed: P. acori (Shinji), P. brachytarsus (Takahashi), P. caricis (Schouteden), P. eastopi (van Harten & Ilharco), P. eriophori F. P. Muller, P. glabra n. sp., P. longisetosa Higuchi, P. nigra (Baker), P. pashtshenkoae n. sp., P. rosazevedoi Ilharco, P.scirpi (Passerini), and P. scirpicola Hille Ris Lambers
