The present research is focused at interchange processes taking place in agricultural, milling, feed production, baking and trading enterprises of all types of property in Ukraine's Vinnytsya oblast. The research is aimed at working out an effective market mechanism of economic relations among grain-producing enterprises and grain-processing plants in the integrated systems. Theoretical and practical results are aimed at increase in economic effectiveness of both food grain complex as a whole and separate constituents thereof on the basis of providing with mutually beneficial conditions for functioning of all the constituents; assisting in forming of the post-privatization tactics and strategy of food grain complex enterprises development; introducing the mechanism due to which material interests and responsibilities of each of the subjects of the integrated food grain complex for the final results of activities are to increase; exceeding the boundaries of the region that is under study and capability of being introduced into other Ukraine's regions. The scientific novelty of the dissertation lies in substantiating the economic relation system for constituents of food grain complex: grain-production, grain-processing and grain-product trading enterprises. A more precise definition of the essence of economic relations of the food grain complex subjects is given. The system of measures on distribution of the final financial results therein, that is receiving of dividends upon the stocks, distribution of incomes through the average norm of profits and through the gross added value of each constituent, is substantiated
