A method of correcting metabolism and raising productivity of feeder young bulls under conditions of deficite of micronutrients consists in addition to their ration a mixture of chelate compounds of copper, iron, manganese and cobalt with the aminoacid cysteine in the following ratio of components in the composition of the mixture (mg/kg of live weight per day): copper cysteinate - 0.01-0.03, manganese cysteinate - 0.01-0.03, cobalt cysteinate - 0.005-0.015, iron cysteinate - 0.01-0.03
