Deep freezing technique of canine semen was carried out in two dogs. Semen was collected by digital manipulation without teaser. Egg yolk Tris with glycerol was used as cryopreservative and cryoprotectant at the concentrations of 4, 6 and 9 percent. There was no difference in post-thaw spermatozoal motility after -196 deg C storage at 5 min, and at days 14, 28 and 42.
