Two hundred and seventy straight-run day-old commercial broiler chicks were alloted to 3 treatment group as follow, Group I (grade A) A; Group II (grade a) and Group III (grade b). Differences in initial chick size among treatments were significant (p0.01). At 7 weeks old, broilers in all treatments showed no significant differences (p0.05) in body weight, gain, feed consupmtion, feed efficiency, mortality, dressing and percent cut-up parts. Highest income over feed and chick cost (TOFCC) values per chick (bath) was computed on Group III (12.80) followed by Group II (12.78) and Group I (10.94).
