The experiment included 24 rabbits of the breed White New Zealand (11 male snd 13 female) divided into two groups - control and experimental one, with 12 animals in each group. The experimental animals were equalized by origin, sex, age and live weight. The animals originated from 3 dams and one sire. The average initial age of the animals in the slaughtering experimental was 45+/- 2 days. The multienzyme preparation for non-ruminants Sanzim, product of the firm Zelin Ltd, Botevgrad, was added to the concentrate mixture of the animals from the experimental group in a dose of 1 g/kg. According to the producer, Sanizim was a multienzyme preparation and contained cellulase, xylanase, proteinase and beta-glucanase. The following characteristics were studied: total gain, average daily gain, slaughter output, slaughter and physics-chemical features of the meat. Adding the multiemzyme preparation Sanzim in a dose of 1 g/kg concentrate mixture for rabbits increased insignificantly the live weight, slaughter output and carcass weight. The preparation insignificantly increased the protein content and decreased the fat content in the meat. The multienzyme preparation insignificantly decreased the content of minerals in the meat.
