[Citologic peculiarities of rowan and aronia pollen]

In the article the insufficient degree of the research of biological features of rowen (Sorbus) and aronia (Aronia melanocapra) fruiting in the conditions of Central Czernozem Zone was stated. The cytological peculiarities of fruiting were examined. The study results of these plants pollen fertility and viability in coparison with the microgenesis process were given, the characteristic of meiosis phases of a rowen and aronia was presented
