This material is presenting the present state of alteration and doing away with animal waste and row material in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro), also a possibility of suitable and modern management of animal waste is perceived, including reconstruction of existing dog pounds, considering the demands of European Union.
