Investigation of active cooled concentrated PV system's implementation for residential building lighting

This paper objective is parametric analysis and investigation of dynamics of operation, as well as of possible energetic effects of active cooled concentrated radiation PV system's implementation for residential building artificial lighting. Investigation has been performed for two residential buildings of the same type in Belgrade and Podgorica (Serbia and Montenegro), for which preliminary optimization of lighting's energy efficiency had been conducted reducing both - necessary electrical energy and PV panels square meters - implementing highly efficient lighting elements, or/and if available space enables integration of bigger PV area, PV electrical energy supply will provide electricity for other users beside lighting. Cooling energy is used for domestic heating requirements.
