Greenhouse microclimate control system concepts

This study shows results of identification several types of models, which are used for greenhouse climate simulation and prediction. The research is concentrationed on dynamic behaviour of inside air temperature and humudity model. Different identification techniques of linear and nonlinear models are used, based on classical methods and artificial intelligence application methods. Conventional ventilation and heating systems are commonly used in agriculture to maintain interior environment parameters near desired conditions. The aim of this paper is development of new automatic control concept in greenhouses. The results of fuzzy and conventional control are compared.
