Beech wood export and import trends in Serbia

By the establishment and analysis of the model of beech wood export and export trends in Serbia (by quantity and value), for the period 1988-2002, the regularities of the changes of their magnitude in time were defined. On this basis, the relations of import and export trends were analysed. Based on the study elements, the potentials of beech sawlog and beech sawnwood export, as well as the potential economic effects, were pointed out.
