Possibilities for growing of some facultative triticale cultivars

In the present study were schown results of investigation of two facultative (winter) triticale cultivars (KG.20 and Knjaz) mostly grown in Serbia and Montenegro. Trials were performed in Kragujevac, Serbia during the period 1997/98 - 2002/03 in winter and spring sowing terms. Check cultivars were Zlatar - spring triticale, Favorit - winter triticale and Pobeda - winter wheat. Examinations covered the most important productive, morphologic, physiologic and technologic traits. According to results, in conditions of our country mentioned cultivars can be grown successfully in both (winter and spring) sowing time.
