The basic aim of this paper is to define the model of strategic development of agricultural complex of Vojvodina as the flywheel of the total economical development not only in Vojvodina, but in Serbia as well. Based on the previous analysis of agriculture and food processing industry of Vojvodina, the model has been defined by using linear programming method. Solving the model, more possible strategic directions of development have been defined. Authors also give the crucial elements and priorities for the development of the agricultural complex of Vojvodina in the next medium term period.
