Models of privatization in agrobusiness

Privatization in agriculture and food industries should result in positive effects which will affect expending of economic effectiveness in our firms working in the field of agricultural production and food industry. Agrarian firm should be transformed in a modern company with clear ownership titular and corporative management. Models of privatization are different in different countries. They should be adapted to the found condition, time tradition, culture. Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages. It can be concluded that there is no optimal model of ownership transformation in agrobusinnes and that desirable ownership structure can be reached by the combination of models.
