Contribution to the study of the physiological characteristics of the pathogenic fungus Herpotrichia juniperi

We have examined the influence of temperature to germination of ascospores, increase of growing (initial) hypha, increase of mycelium, and ability for secretion of oxidation ferments of Herpotrichia juniperi. For examination of temperature influence to mycelium increase and secretion of oxidation ferments, we have used different isolates of Herpotrichia juniperi.
