Winter production of spinach

Importance of spinach is in short vegetation and rich chemical structure. It has modest needs for temparature and good submit low temperatures. It has been produced from seed in early spring production, autumn production and winter production. In this paper has been precisely described ways and technologies of production, and winter spinach harvest too.
