The article includes results of the research about theoretical and methodological aspects of preventive, primary or precocious, prognostic or diagnostic evaluation of the efficiency of financial support to agricultural enterprises and their cooperation partners. Indicators or arguments of such evaluation have been clarified, as well as their classification and grouping has been done. Timely diagnosis of problems can promote preventive support measures, eliminating risk of bankruptcy and gaining new power for development. In other situations by gaining and using financial support, it is possible to instigate new impulses to active long-term development. Microeconomic indicators characterising the prospective or possible efficiency are classified in seven groups: economic benefit of technical reconstruction; benefit of using the time factor; diminishing of labour intensity; diminishing of power intensity; effect of restructuring assets; economic effect of agricultural (production) culture.
