Purpose of this research was to find out the Morphology and Botany of non photosensitivity Japonica type, photosensitivity and non-photosensitivity of indica type on the characteristic of tillering. It was found that the non-photosensitivity obtained the highest tiller and panicle number per hill of about 56.1 and 44.9 (897.6 and 718.4 per m2) respectively. The photosensitivity and non-photosensitivity indica rice produced the tiller and panicle number per hill of about 38.7, 34.6 (619.2 and 553.6 per m2) and 18.1 ] 14.2 (289.6 and 227.2 per m2) respectively. On the other hand, the high tillering varieties were moderate in quantity of the productive tiller percentage and plant height, The plant height of rice stem depended on the number and length of elongated intermode, The majority of the panicle number and minority number from tertiary tillers. The important Agronomy characteristics of the productive tiller consisted of the unelongated internode than the non-productive tiller that average about 4-8, the tillers were born in 15-25 day after transplanting and nomal adventitious root development. The primary and secondary rachis branches number of non-photosensitivity japonica rice on each panicle of main culm, prinary, secondary and tertiary tillers were equal, On the other hand, the spikelet number on all primary rachis branches was more than that on all the secondary rachis branches. The primary rachis branches and the spikelet number on all primary rachis branches of photosensitivity and non-photosensitivity indica rice were less in quantity than both types of the secondary rachis branches of each panicle. The non-photosensitivity indica rice produced the highest of the secondary rachis branches per panicle and the least in non-photosensitivity japonica rice. The spikelet number on each primary rachis branch of all varieties exceeded that on each secondary rachis branch. The main culm of all vall varieties obtained the highest plant height, the elongated and unelongated internode number, panicle length and the spikelet number per panicle and this characteristic was declined on primary, secondary and tertiary tillers, respectively, The elongated internode number on the slightly decreased on those characteristic but the unelongated was sharply decreased.
