Seroprevalence of Texoplasma gondii in sheep using Sabin-Feldman (SF) dye test in Afyon province

The sera of 172 sheep over one year of age. collected in Afyon region were tested by the SF dye test for Toxoplasma gondii antibodies. Obtained results revealed 54.65% of sheep to have Toxoplasma gondii antibodies at a titer of 1:16 and above
