The results show that rice seed separated by salt solution at 14NaCl (W/V) before sowing seed in the field, which combined with N and K2O fertilizers application at (basal + 110 N + 60 K2O) and (basal + 110 N + 84 K2O) have efficiently contributed to improve the quality of rice seed by decreasing the percentage of seed coloration and main affected fungi such as Alternaria padwickii and Bipolaris oryzae.
