[Structure of soil microbiota at some agricultural cultures cultivation]

It was investigated the composition of soil microorganisms at cultivation of winter rye, wheat and triticosecale in conditions of one-crop system and potato, buckwheat and spring wheat in a crop rotation. By results of research grain crops (winter wheat, winter triticosecale, spring wheat) are stores of genus Fusarium fungi especially in conditions of one-crop system. Buckwheat and potato to a less extent accumulate infection and are the best predecessors in a crop rotation
