[Some peculiarities of sweet cherry hybrids propagation]

Genetic heterogeneity of sweet cherry hybrid material at breeding work and embryoculture does not allow to select the optimal conditions for each genotype micropropagation and dedetermines the necessity of working-out of methods suitable for maximal number of cultivars and hybrids. The results of the researches show the possibility of the sweet cherry cultivars and hybrids introduction into the in vitro culture, using apical meristem, embryos and cutting. For cherry regenerants propagation it is necessary to to utilize 6-BA in concentration 1.0 mg/l; for rooting - 1.5 mg/l IBA, 0.5 mg/l IAA, 0.5 mg/l NAA
