In the field experimentation on sod-podzolic loamy sand soil the influence of potassium fertilizers and kinds of lime on crop yield and 137Cs, 90Sr uptake by barley were studied. Efficiency of full mineral fertilizer rose with ph increase. The maximum of grain yield was got on the N60P60K180 treatment at phKCI 6,8-4,92 t/ha-1, share NPK in grain yield was 42%. Chalk decreased 90Sr uptake by grain on 19% efficiently than dolomite. The minimum of 90Cs specific activity of grain was registered at N60P60K120 application at the neutralization by chalk, 137Cs - N60P60K180 at ph 6,8. Results of laboratory experiments with barley seedlings have shown that rise of potassium content in nitrient medium in 34 fold decreases 137Cs uptake by roots in 23 fold, and by seedling tops in 17 fold
