Le declic, a phone line at the disposal of farming families, was inaugurated on november 7th. This service is available every Monday from 8 am to 2 pm. Le declic is a space in which callers can share their situation with a listener in full respect of the anonymity of both. The phone conversations are strictly confidential. Through active listening, the objective of this phone line is to offer the actors of the farming families an answer to their demands for help, information, orientation or accompaniment. To carry this project, an associative structure was established on September 7th 2005. Le declic is the result of a long elaboration process of the working group Paysanne en toute conscience (app. farming women in full knowledge) coordinated by the SRVA. The Swiss federal office for agriculture and the cantonal chambers for agriculture support this project financially.
