[The principals and methods of the agriculture industrial complex mechanism organization and functioning in new conditions]

The Institute of Agraria Economy brings the essential contribution to the decision of problems of steady development and increase of efficiency of national agrarian and industrial complex to new conditions of managing by means of development and introduction of effective mechanisms, techniques, models and measures. Recommendations on reorganization of the enterprises on principles of rent of property, on perfection of cooperation of the organizations of agrarian and industrial complex, the agreement on uniform principles of granting of agricultural grants on the basis of norms of the World Trading Organization are developed. The basic role in produce of total and commodity agricultural production in the country belongs to the large agricultural organizations. At the same time essential development was received with farms which number was stabilized at a level 2,4 thousand. It is necessary to improve the monitoring system of safety of food raw material
