The modern situation and the tendency of changes in staff potential in countryside, accounted its domestic level and change index concern the time period is shows. The main way of forming the high qualified staff in countryside is suggested. Long-term investments in the human capital which are realized through work, allow to raise level of education and life, to generate highly skilled personnel potential of branch which by creation of new values of higher quality promotes increase in the capital physical, to attract of investments into branch for the further development of manufacture of a competitive product
