[Improvement of the organizational structure of dairy subcomplex]

The analytical estimation of the development of dairy production and processing in the conditions of modern organizational structure of the dairy subcomplex in the Republic of Belarus is made. Foreign and national experience of agro-industrial complex and dairy subcomplex organizational structure development is studied. Problems of formation of dairy subcomplexes and agro-industrial formations in new economic conditions are considered. The analytical estimation of milk production and processing industry, current organizational structure of dairy subcomplex of Belarus is given. Recommendations for the optimization of the number of dairy industry processing enterprises, legal organizational forms and models of agricultural formations are proved and offered. Organizational model of the regional economic group for the production, processing and sale of integrated dairy products is developed and offered taking into consideration the realized calculations of ecological efficiency of its creation and functioning. Research results show that orientation towards the formation of large market structures is the priority direction in the conditions of organizational reorganization dairy subcomplex. In the conditions of dairy plants integration it is economically profitable to realize plants modernization, form raw zones with high-technology milk production equipment in agricultural formations
