The organizational principles of the effective current scientific researches and introduction the finished scientific works, the necessity of elaboration of the methodical aspects of research works assessment at the stage of their planning and development, the demands to the young scientists are analyzed. The main factors of increasing the efficiency of agrarian science (level and magnitude of scientific developments, financial system, system of inculcation and efficient system of coordination of all scientific structures activity, continuity of basic and applied research works) are stated. The priority directions of the agrarian science of Belarus and current problems of the system of development and inculcation of research works are analyzed
