Research results of the most important biologically active substances in the submerged mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum, Lentmus edodes and Laetipoms sulphureus fungi showed that the observed mycelium was not worse than the one in the fruiting bodies and the content of proteins, lipids, polysaccharides and carotinoids in the submerged mycelium even exceeded them. Presence of the complex of biologically active compounds provided the submerged mycelium extracts with the high antioxidant activity. Pharmacological cultures of polysaccharide-synthesizing fungi Lentinus edodes and Ganoderma lucidum formed the basis for the production of biologically active food supplements "Lentin", "Dialentin" and "Rejshidin" and the culture of carotinoid-synthesizing fungi Laetiporus sulphureus formed the basis for production of active food supplement "Letiporin". Research results proved the immunostimulating, hepatoprotective and anti-oxidant action of the observed biologically active substances. The observed substances can be recommended for the reimbursement of vitamin and mineral insufficiency, lowering of the negative influence of ecological factors, immunity increasing, resistance to catarrhal diseases, excretion of heavy metals, exotoxines and endotoxines
