The content of organic and inorganic matters in water of the Gruza water reservoir have been examined since 1984. According to obtained results of basic physical and chemical characteristics it can concluded that the content of manganese and organic matters (consumption of KMnO4) in water are increased. During the summer period, the level of ammonia is, from time to time, also magnified.
