Composition and dynamics of microbial community in the Gruza water reservoir has been analyzed many times throught 1984-2004. The chapter summarizes the results of these investigations. Compositions of bacterial community varies in the function of physicochemical features, the state of other fact in biocoenosis, eutrophication as well as antropogenic influence.
