One of the most present associations in hilly-mountainous regions is Danthonietum calycinae which was topic of this research. Production, phytopathological and chemical composition of plant mass in conditions of different fertilizing (1. N100P60K60; 2. N60+40P60K60; 3. control) and utilization periods (1. formation of panicle/blades of grass, 2. beginning of spike formation and 3. full spike formation of dominant species) were monitored.
