The possibility of using different coles in domestic animal nutrition

The paper presents qualitative and quantitative characteristics of different kinds of coles. Since only parts of the crops are used for nutrition, the complete leaf mass being thrown away or ploughed under, there are great possibilities for using this potential for animal nutrition. The following coles are of greatest importance in our conditions: Savoy cabbage, kale, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, broccoli, Dalmatian cabbage, radish and small radish.
