Izolation and characterization [of] sporogenic thermophilic bacteria from manure as reason for compost production

This paper shows results of isolation and identification of thermophilic bacteria from manure. Total number of sporogenic bacteria in manure was 2.1 x 10**7/g. It is investigated presence of Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus pumulus and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. These strains of bacteria, on basic enzymatic activity, can speed up degradation of organic matter in manure and have a share in production of high quality compost.
