The assessment of the pepper seeds storability after the application of leaf fertilisers Campofort Special

The main goal of the present study was to establish the effect of leaf fertilizers Campofort Special on the storability of pepper seeds. The experiments were carried out with Bulgarian pepper cultivars Kurtovska Kapija 1619 and Gorogled 6, grown by the conventional technology for middle early field production. The leaf fertilizers Campofort: Special B, Special Mn and Special Zn in concentrations of 1.5%, 2.0% and 3.0% were applied in the stage of flowering. The seed quality was determined in the harvest year and after 55 months of storage under ambient conditions. The application of each fertilizer improved the storability and maintained higher values of seed germination in comparison to the control after the storage period.
