Specific foreign trade business contribution to concurrent and food safety in Serbian rural areas

Foreign trade is on of the key contributors to the economic development of the small countries like Serbia. The Law on foreign commerce provides a framework for the foreign trade operations. There is difference between classical foreign commerce operation. like export amd import of commodities and specific foreign trade operations. One of the specific operations is flight catering. Classical catering is usually commerce on the national market. In comparison to the standard export of commodities, flight catering provides favourable condition for export of commodities of the domestic origin. However, this kind of commerce requires very strict rules regarding the food safety. Precondition for successful export using flight catering operation are quality and competitiveness of products.
