Lactobacilli as a source of new antimicrobial substances

In this study we have made a collection of lactobacilli isolated from different locations of human oral cavity and characterized their features such as antimicrobial activity and resistance to bile salts and low pH. Five isolates are selected as potential procedures of antimicrobial substances.
