This paper deals with 21 new parameters developed by this author, and some of them have already been published. The first group encompasses the nine parameters related to 1000-seed weight. The second group includes five balance parameters: shelling percentage, sowing areas for the inbreds of SC hybrids, seed requirements, index of commercial seed production and index of participation. The third group encompasses three parameters within seed processing. There are four parameters in the general group: bulk in seed, parameter of seed price correlation, prescribed utilisable value of seed and crop sampling.
